Giga
Naza is a supporter of and Advisor to Giga, a UNICEF initiative in partnership with ITU which is doing remarkable work to connect every school in the world to the internet by 2030, and with it, every young person to information, opportunity and choice. To date, up to 5,000 schools in 20 countries have been connected to the internet through Giga, resulting in 2 million students having access to digital learning.
Girls in Blockchain: Connectivity Challenge
At the beginning of 2023 in partnership with Giga, Naza launched the 'Girls in Blockchain: Connectivity Challenge’ to work with young female technologists in emerging markets who have an interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency. The programme provides transformational mentorship for girls and young women as they establish innovative routes to using crypto and bank digital currencies to deliver connectivity in public facilities.
